I asked to please not spam Zendesk with repeated reports over this issue. One report per user/player is enough to ring the alarm.
We’ve passed all the information we’ve gathered from players to the appropriate teams that can help fix this situation.
Unfortunately as of this moment we do not have any new updates.

In the meantime, can you try to reinstall BattleEye and see if the issue persists?
