This is a reoccurring problem that has come and gone many times over the years. It’s not something on the user end that needs to be fixed.

It does work! On a private server without battleye, I’m not getting kicked. But on several official servers every 5 minutes I get kicked.

Nope, they’re tired of us and they want us to move on to another game so they can just close out all the servers and be done with the entire thing.
i tried several ips, (i am using a vpn) and all of them are still brining the same issue.
everyone in our server is experiencing the same issue. over and over and over again.
@Tephra claimed on that “unnoficial discord server” that always defend funcom over the community, that the situation is fixed, and that most people are playing withiout issues, quite honestly i have no idea where he is getting information, but in our experience this is not the case. everyone in our server is experiencing disconects due to battle eye, which makes me believe whoever is feeding the mentioned forum user is either lying, or does not have the facts straight.
this is something that FUNCOM needs to annouce as @Ignasi did back in 2020, until i see that announcement , i will not believe someone that his guess is as good as yours and mine.

That’s a bit rude after coming to ask for help. If it is so bad, you are completely free to not be there.
It is possible that it was a misunderstanding steaming from Ignasi’s 2020 post. I do not have a magic crystal ball or direct channel into Funcom’s offices to get the full story. I told you what I thought was true at the time, but it seems it may not be. At this point, I do not know what is true.

i did not came there to ask for help, i just watch things ,and it kinda funny how some mods there simply does not tolerate criticism against funcom wrong doings. i ll leave it as that.
not irrelevant, if you know a bit how DNS propagate, for some ips and regions it will work for others , so changing you ip, could potentially fix the issue, as it is connecting from a server located in another country, potentially bypasing the issue if the DNS propagate to those countries or regions.
i tried, over 20 different ips, 2 from east coast, 2 from west coast, 2 from germany,. 1 from the uk, 1 from brazil , 1 from mexico, (that i remember) all of them came with the same issue.

Private modded server.
Just had a couple of hours of play without getting booted by BattlEye. Only change I made was to uninstall the Conan Beta Client. Not sure this was what made the difference but thought I’d pass it along.

I asked to please not spam Zendesk with repeated reports over this issue. One report per user/player is enough to ring the alarm.
We’ve passed all the information we’ve gathered from players to the appropriate teams that can help fix this situation.
Unfortunately as of this moment we do not have any new updates.
Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work on this issue.
In the meantime, can you try to reinstall BattleEye and see if the issue persists?

For the passed two days - a number of players on my Official PvP server are getting kicked from the server approximately every 5 minutes or so. We are being kicked with the following message:
Kicked from Server
You have been kicked by BattlEye.
Reason: Query Timeout
This issue has appeared in the passed. The evidence I found was here from 2020:
It appears that this is something that was changed with BattlEye, and that Funcom must do something to accomodate the change.
Please act on this swiftly. I will also do a Zendesk and add the Zendesk detail here when I have time.

I have also been booted by the Battle Eye bug. About every 5 minutes, then I get the Query Time-out.

I started a thread about this on Steam and there’s a few pages already. Apparently it’s a “thing”.

I opened a ticket, but didn’t mention the Steam thread within the body of the ticket description. I don’t have a lot of faith that humans actually read the tickets, frankly.

And i didnt open a ticket. But feel free to open a ticket for the numerous other peoples problems. Damn the main character syndrome is kickin in hard for u today doesnt it???
You might consider posting this in the PC bug reports section of the forum like the one from 2020.

Delete “C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye” folder
Restart Game and install BattlEye
(Windows 11)
