This is so bad when you do nothing wrong and be a fan of a game for very long!

problem about this is funcom never can help and battleeye never contact back, this made me so mad about this because i didn’t even cheat but funcom team can do nothing about it or investigate on it. battleeye in other hand never contact back or even tell me what happen.

If its your own server, turn battleeye off.

Now you can play normally.

Are you saying that this is your own private server? If this is the case run it without battleye. :woman_shrugging: But also, have you submitted a ticket with Zendesk? Because there is absolutely nothing that anyone on the forums can help you with.

Also, were you banned or were you suspended, because those are two very different things. Suspensions are time limited things and cannot be repealed, but they also only usually last a week or two. Bans are permanent but also can be repealed if you submit a ticket. Many times people come here claiming to be banned when they are only suspended which is why I ask this question. At either rate, both would only prevent you from playing on official servers not from private servers or offline / co-op. But again, if this is an issue with battleye just turn battleye off.

I am not sure what else anyone can even say though.

They told me to talk to battleeye that’s why i tell the forum so someone who can investigate about this help me.

I don’t even know you can open it or off because, i rent the official server and play with my few friend and i didn’t mind about it because i didn’t cheat

He’s got a BattleEye issue. So its not something Funcom can handle. Especially since he is renting a server.

Its probably some issue with it being turned off or corrupted on his end and the server isn’t able to sync it. Its uncommon but sometimes Steam doesn’t install BattleEye properly. And the process for it I don’t believe is as simple as reinstalling it.

In your server settings via the host you should have an option to turn it off. If you’re running the steam version of the game you should be able to launch Conan Exiles without BattleEye. If that option isn’t popping up (if you clicked don’t show again) you should be able to uninstall it through windows. I’m not exactly sure how to do that since I’ve not installed it with Conan in quite a few years.

Yeah I really wasn’t sure what the issue was but I did suggest that he just turn it off. However I was posting at the same time that you did so we both gave the same advise.
