Battleye Ban me (innocent)

I got Global Ban from battleye on my own server which just I don’t need to use any cheat but battleye found a 3rd party program on my background (i don’t know which program and i never cheat on any game) so I just need to know which program made me get ban and how I can contact battle eye and get reply back

If anyone does have any clue as to why he was banned (such as server admins that would like to come forth with a possible answer) please let this guy know in this comment section.
If you are a reader that doesn’t know why, please do not hate on the guy, as long as it is not proven that he used cheats(or otherwise bannable offense).

  1. You didnt message me that a reply from battleye said that they found a 3rd party program, you’re just assuming you got banned for a 3rd party program.
    Meanwhile, you’re saying that you don’t even use 3rd party programs, except Overwolf, which we already told you isn’t bannable.
  2. You have already contacted BattlEye, just wait for them to reply to you and lift your ban. As long as you didn’t use cheats you should be fine.
  3. You already know how to contact BattlEye and you messaged me that you already had an automatic reply back and that you’d emailed a second time, which doesn’t speed up the process of lifting your ban.

Ps: As for using “messaged”, I think you should keep emails confidential, but I’m not entirely sure if it really matters here.
