Additional Details and Reference Links:
This issue began Friday, 8/2, and has persisted intermittently for seemingly ALL players who play on official servers. There are many references to this issue throughout the forum history that indicate that something has changed on the BattlEye side of the equation, and requires intervention from Funcom on behalf of either the game client or the game servers.

Zendesk Ticket Information:

[Ticket is in the status “OPEN” - opened Sunday, 8/4 at 9:04pm ET]
If anyone else would also like to open a Zendesk ticket in order to get their attention swiftly, here is the link to get started (41 people followed this link in my thread in General Discussion so far):
IMPORTANT NOTE: Tickets for Conan Exiles are immediately “auto-solving”. You may need to select Dune Awakening to get any actual attention. Reference:
tickets at zendesk are autosolving for conan exiles, without any intervention.
tickets for dune awakening are not autosolving, so what it means is that zendesk is no longer accepting tickets from Conan exiles, looks like they ended supporting Conan exiles, so , are we on our own?
I saw what you wrote and I agree that there’s much to be wary about but customer service comes with having a product; regardless of subscription. The game requires purchase.
my theory is that they are aware and decided to autosolve the issue so the line of tickets does not grow too big, if that is the case, they should have sent a notice on the forums stating exactly that they are aware and no need to send tickets regarding that issue.
