This is happen to me and other players on the server. It has happened about every 5 minutes since I first connected at around 7:30 PM EDT.
“You have been kicked by BattleEye.
Reason: Query Timeout”
Followed by:
“Lost connection with the server.”
I connect again and in a few minutes I get kicked again.

Same here on Exiled Lands private server. At least 3 others have reported this on both EL and Siptah also a private servers.
Same issue here. Happened multiple times on Official Server #1732. I finally gave up for the night.

affecting me as well. official 1540.
It’s happening to me on any online official server I join. Every five minutes or so.
same issue, yesterday i was playng bu hours, today kick me out every 3 minutes, oficial servers…even in local game or singleplayer…any tip will be highly appreciated
It’s been going on all night on the Private Servers as well. Every five minutes, BOOT!
I am going to ask our server owner to just disable Battle Eye, because this is ridiculous, and there’s not even a need for it on a private server.
Whatever they’re doing, it’s of course naturally right before the weekend, so chances are it won’t even be looked at before Monday. Stupid service, stupid decision to use it by Funcom.
Hey there, I’m also have the same issue on our private server.
Every 5-10 minutes I repeatedly get kicked out.
I tried a bunch of things like reverifying my steam files, uninstalling then reinstalling battleye and still no fix. It does it to me on a public server too.

Wondering if this was just my client being annoying, but I can confirm what others have said on this thread, happening on PVE, PVE-C, and PVP. Not really able to play the game with this constantly happening.
We need some comms on this issue ASAP.

Bug Description:
I go kicked from game to main meu with Error: You have been kicked by BattleEye. Reason: Querry Timeout.
Bug Reproduction:
Login back and got kick again after some time. During my 30 minutes session in steam i got 3 kicks.
Durning this time only 2 person was online including me, and other person also got this error.

I already make post about my error. I confirm i got same kick on official #1050
Trying to play and durning 30 minutes i literaly got 3 kicks.
I get kicked every few minutes myself.

the same thing has been happening for a couple of days, I found time to play and here is such a surprise. judging by the forum, this has already happened in 2020-21
Same here since 7.45 AM
Some people on the server i play (official pve-c) don’t have the issue.
edit : the issue seems to be resolved
