BattleEye repeatedly kicks me out on query timeout

BRO.

I sent ONE Zendesk ticket. I sent EXACTLY ONE. And then it AUTO-SOLVED. And the issue is NOT SOLVED.

So then after identifying that the Zendesk system was freely tossing Conan Exiles tickets directly into the trashcan – I sent EXACTLY ONE Zendesk ticket using Dune Awakening.

I understand how ticketing systems work. I have never abused a ticketing system. I have been on the RECEIVING side of ticketing systems, working and answering the actual tickets.

I will not be made into a pariah because Funcom received 1000s of Zendesk tickets from ACTUAL PLAYERS over the course of the weekend that THEY AUTO-SOLVED when the situation was NOT actually solved.

Also - your solution is not a solution. The issue is tied to the Conan Exiles game client interfacing with BattlEye. There is NOTHING that I can do on my PC that will correct ConanSandbox.exe when it operates a defunct list of BattlEye IP addresses.

Just got off and was getting BattlEye kicked every few minutes.

A little info for everyone who has the Battleeye problem. Despite the problem, I just played and connected over and over again for the past few days. Eventually the error stopped occurring. Of course, that’s not the solution and it’s annoying, but at least I was able to build in peace at some point.

They Will not reply to you ovwr your ticket. It auto solves itself.
And they Say that any information Will be posted on the forums. So why waste time sending tickets that are not being dealt with the system

I don’t want to accuse them of anything, but it does seem as if they don’t want us to make such potentially serious errors public.

But we have to report such errors somehow if there is no other way. With DM, I would be worried that nothing would happen again because no one else would be able to read it. :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

You will have to wait for them a little while. They may not be working in the weekend and even if they are working it could take time for them to come up with a fix. You can rest assured that it will be fixed though cause it will be very obvious that their game is completely unplayable for practically everyone, and they need people to buy their shop items

This is unbelievable, not even a word from Funcom

they are busy working on dune. no other explanation to how slow they became (issue started last friday) so we are heading to day 4.

also the communication…

Still no reaction from Funcom. Seems Conan Exiles is not important anymore since they work on their Dune Project or having holidays.
So the Bla Bla of Andy in the video was only hot air and the (non happening) reaction of Funcom shows the value of the Conan players.

Maybe if we get to 200 comments a Mod will chime in.

<sigh!> I had a good time playing yesterday without problems. Today the BattleEye query timeout problem has returned. I will do some things close to home. Tis pity tis true and tis true tis pity.

A mí también me pasa lo mismo, hace 2 días intento jugar pero el juego me saca cada 15 min aproximadamente! Estoy en servidor oficial de 1975. Intenté de todo pero no hay solución

The dire question is if players are running a vanilla game client. If it or the platform is modded in any way, it’ll kick. The first option is just agreeing to run with BattleEye. I understand that is not acceptable to traditional rigs. I’d imagine, however, someone will want to run with the (open) source… :smile:
