Bazaar deleted my cromcoins with "the purchase failed"

Bug Description:
The bazaar deleted my cromcoins price twice for the new building set. Please refund me for the one incorrect invoice.

Bug Reproduction:
I wanted to buy the new building set in the bazaar but there was a error like this: “the purchase failed” and I clicked on it again. But again there only came this error. So I closed the game and restart it to see if it works now. As I was online I saw I already have the new building set BUT at my cromcoins I saw too that BOTH ations were deducted.

And after relog - please notice the cromcoins. It is deleted twice.
