EDIT: Apparently a friend of mine yesterday bought crom coins and tried to buy the same pack a few times and is now outright banned because their balance is now negative after multiple failed transaction, will restart game see if my crom-coin count changed.
EDIT2: after restarting it seems like I now own the bundle but I have been over charged
Good job Funcom. Glad I didn’t try more times I’d also be banned for being a paying customer.
EDIT3: Ironically thinking back now, I didn’t pay attention in initial purchase so I don’t know if it actually deducted the purchase first time and I have no way to check it either. Maybe was triple charge, I’m not about to go experimenting with my money to test Funcoms broken premium store.

mám stejný problém , jen s tím že jsem koupil baliček v hodnotě 1200 , tedy nekoupil, protože se obevili nejaka hlaška že chyba něco něco , tak sem na to klikl jeste nekolikrát ,a ni se nedelo , a ani ten balíček nebyl připsán , dnes druhy den sem se prohlasil a mam zaporný počet koinu , na hlášení nikdo neodpovídá , jen mi to pořád ztěžujete
Had the same thing happen to me too. Tried to buy, took my coins but failed to purchase or own the item. So I figured I’d exit and re-open the game. Now the Bazaar is disabled. I hope I get my coins in order because it took from me twice.
Still an automated reply, closed ticket and nothing refunded or give the purchase with the remaining coins. Here is evidence of their failures too

Congrats you’re not unbanned like everyone else who got “Unbanned” they couldn’t even unban you guys properly and called it a job well done and went for a weekend.
yeah, pretty much. I am Unbanned, but now I can’t play online because “ authentication fail” ugh sometimes I swear. My best hope is now Steam Tuesday… but I won’t hold my hopes high
