Try, try again? Go Solo and see if you’re still not seeing the Bazaar and BattlePass content.
Three disconnects and reconnects and the same thing.
Completely shut down the game, log back in, resolved.
So, that was fun.
Well that was disappointing.
Well, I do have the same problem. This morning I had to reboot the computer. Didn’t work tonight. The Bazaar stuff I bought do work in solo mode… but not when I play on a server.
Other bug that is probably related, at one point, I had access to the new yamatai pieces, but when I tried to put one down, it was telling me I was missing parts … But all the parts were in green and were in my inventory … I don’t have any problem with any other pieces from the " base content ". I tried Killing myself, and then the bazaar content was yet again unavailable… I do wait a bit as LAG might be a problem, but after 10 minutes, I don’t think lag applies.

Por mais que essa opção tenha funcionado, na verdade o maior motivo disso não é o jogo, a maior culpa desse erro é da nova programação após a atualização 3.0 
no início era muito fácil ter a autenticação puxando os dados a todo momento afinal era poucos itens. Hoje tem muitos itens e várias autenticações sendo enviadas a todo momento e sim isso está sobrecarregando de alguma forma os dados sobre cada ID de cada jogador ON-LINE.
Quem quiser fazer o teste é fácil… Remova o bracelete e veja o tempo que demora para carregar seus itens no inventario ao apertar TAB
