Decay issue exists after recent update. The decoration items, benches and storage boxes are decaying fastest than the building.
The work around already exists, if you pick up a item and place it back the timer are restored to normal function.
But The work out by pick up stuff and put them back has set backs. Because when ever I pick something and put it back an other decays and vanishes.
