Items have decayed while others have no problems

Bug Description:

I had organized my boxes on shelves for over two years now and no issues, now all of a sudden some have decayed while others have no issues. I would like all my items back, two boxes worth each of the following - star metal, hardened steel, steel, dragon fire orbs, grease orbs, obsidian bars, kharii steel bars, water orbs, hardened brick, stone consolant , steel reinforcements, corrupted stone

Steps to Reproduce:

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. Please be as detailed as possible; the more details, the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Step 1 - log in
  2. Step 2 - went inside my base
  3. Step 3 - looked at the boxes and some full refresh, others decayed and gone

They are aware of this issue, and hopefully they resolve it soon.

I should be realistic, the devs aren’t going to give me all my hard work back. Over 1,500hr, so many builds, so many times I tried to keep players in the game. It honestly hurts that the devs don’t care about their players. I’m done. It happened before and I reharvested, but I’m not wasting more time for it to continue to bug and I have to do everything all over again. I’m done with Conan. Those still playing, best of luck to you all. It’s been fun, but the game has gone so downhill and the servers are dead.

Sorry to hear about that but I also guess that you won’t get your items back due to this.

Eventually veterans have seen such an action, but I did not in the past months.
Stuff related to server specific are handled on zendesk anyways.
