[Big chests with Sigils/whatnot are empty upon finishing a vault, after latest patch.]
Mine were empty also. I’m on a private dedicated server with no mods.
Two connected things are possible; the first is that someone got to the vault before you and did not empty the loot box.
A friend told me that leaving stuff in the box bugs it and the loot will not regenerate. I told him bullpucky, then proceeded to test it.
He was correct. I ran Fiends twice without emptying the box the first time. 6 hours later, with no one else online, the chest was empty.
Enter server restart.
Same test, but this time I emptied the box and when I returned 5 hours later, the box was full.
It’s still a bug, but we have (on small servers with discord) a means of getting the word out. Officials, not so much, sorry.
The only workaround I could see for you is to run it just after server restart.
