I had this “problem” as well for a few minutes. The graphics on the black blood icon look like it is greyed out, but it is really there. Just hit the Craft button and it will work.
Don’t think it’s a graphics problem. The graphics on the black blood icon does indeed look like it’s greyed out, but the number (20) shows up in white text as if it is accepting it. BUT … the Craft button does not light up. This is broken.
For anyone still having this issue, check if you are over-encumbered?
