[Hey, im a dual wielder that uses venom infused axe, and black ice throwing axe. The throwing axe does not appear to be applying its debuff. When I was using a tel iliths lament the temperature debuff icon would appear on npcs. Now when using the venom infused axe i can not see the debuff icon. I have not tried this weapon combo on another player though. So im not sure if maybe the icon just isnt showing up? Also, just wanted to say thanks for all of the improvements everyone has made to the game . I truly appreciate it and love this game!]
Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.try black ice throwing axe with different main hand weapons against players and npcs
