Single Issue:
Frostbite effect doesn’t apply when using ‘Black Ice Throwing Axe’ .

Other Black Ice weapons applies Frostbite effect fine.
’ I tried it on : Thralls, Animals, Players, Bosses ’
Hope it patches soon.
