Black ice throwing weapons don't apply the cold debuff effect properly

The black ice javelin do not apply the cold debuff when thrown but apply the debuff when used in melee. The throwing axe doesn’t apply the cold debuff at all (when throwed and in melee).

1.Equip the black ice javelin in your bar
2.Right clic to throw it
3.The ennemy recieve the damage but the cold debuff isnt applied
3.1 Same process for the black ice throwing axe (melee attack and throwing attack).
