Not sure if this is just happening on the particular private I play on but the blacksmith spawn at the den has disappeared. The cook and the alchemist are still there but no blacksmith.
Just go to the den.
I will check on official tomorrow!
You can always spot an oldtimer when he notices there’s a freaking blacksmith spawn missing at the Den. 
Lol I don’t farm the black galleon enough, but I’d definitely notice if sepermeru, the mounds, or the volcano were out of the norm. 
I always get my bladesmith at Sepermeru, Temple quarter. IMO, he’s the easiest.
Can’t remember which one he is… I know I’ve found him, but I got a few lying around.

You play long enough, noticing out of place npcs while running around allows you to scout of someone has just ran thru an area.
Like, “Hey, that monkey doesn’t belong by the beach”

Blacksmith is usually working at the anvil but for whatever reason has been absent for the last couple weeks.
And I took these photos in single player so I don’t think it’s a server related issue.
