Bleed now purges elixirs PC

If you have on any type of buff it is now purged with bleed . not just healing

Repro steps:
1.Use potion of strength
2.Get bleed on you
3.Lose buffs
4.

I posted a bug report on this yesterday. Any damage now cancels all buffs.
