Blood on my screen never goes

When I enter a server my life bar appears in the middle, when I eat something, it fills up completely as if it were a bug. The problem is that on the screen I see blood constantly as if it were with little life and even if I heal the blood never goes away :unamused:

Until they fix the issue, drop your health below 50% and voila.
