Blue screen everytime I put something in hotwheel

Running a ps4 pro internet is 50.4 dl speed 6 ul, I lag constantly and almost everytime I am in my base or near bases and I place something in my hotwheel I blue screen and then I cant get back into my server due to massive influx of people due to it being free this month please help this is getting annoying

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Open inventory
  2. Select item
  3. Attempt to put in hotwheel
  4. Bluescreen
