Hello, since the new update 3.0 the blunted arrows are not working. When shooting them nothing happens, no reaction from the NPCs and they’re not diminushing for inventory just like shooting without arrows… I tried the truncheon and it works normaly.

I have the same problem with other types of arrows.

I somehow get the feeling, that from the “sandbox approach: if you’re clever & can come up with a design of using an item more efficiently than we anticipated - the more to you” - Funcom is taking away those mechanics and making it more and more an “on the rail” experience, with everything else becomming “verboten”.
At least that’s how I see the dumbing down of the old attribute system to a “fixed” 60-point one, taking down the ability to knock down your first thralls with the blunted arrows, if you’re still “alone”, and so on.
Hi Smertios first you choose a bow and select the arrows you want then you go in your inventory and replace the arrows you just selected by an other set … try then to shoot arrows it will use the first arrows you selected and their amount will diminish in your inventory… hope that clear enough

In order for our team to properly assess the issue could you let us know if you are playing on an Official Server or Private Server please? In case you are playing on a Private Server, are you perhaps using mods?

Dont bother using concussion arrows because they dont work anyway the bow deals its own damage making the blunted arrows completely ineffective at knocking out thralls. This damage is enhanced by your Agility attribute and perks and any armour or consumables you might have.

@Asterios they work very well with a hunter bow (almost no damage) and the stronger the thrall the better…you can add a blunt thingy on the bow as well.
@Smertios happy it worked for you too…I always carry 5 basic arrows to replace the ones I want to use because it happens with other arrows as well (ex. explosive arrows for the star metal)
