You will find all of the Age of Sorcery placed stuff changed or gone. Mek’s place has changes and other stuff is gone. Traders are still about and Lore chrarcters also remain, though you may need to look around a bit.
i have noticed t2 and t3 thralls are more abundant dont know if i have just been lucky or they added that
