Is it possible to purchase blacksmiths at the bounty carts that you take sorcerers

One of the merchants sells crafters. However, as I understand it, there’s no guarantee what you’ll get.

Yeah I’ve probably gotten every thrall but a blacksmith my boyfriend even went on single player and practically brought thousands of thrall’s altogether at every single cart and not a single one gave him a blacksmith so I’m assuming it’s the one thrall you cannot get or, it’s as in base game, an incredibly rare chance

My guess is it’s pretty rare. Are you playing on siptah or exiled lands? It could be easier to just get one from a camp, surge, or purge. Siptah is a bit tougher, but I recommend surges or Stygian and accursed camps.
Siptah is the one map we had no issues finding a t4 blacksmith however we got meshed so left the server and went to play on exiled lands which we knew in general it’s the hardest thrall to find on the map in general it took us a solid two weeks to just find a t3 blacksmith 
and the purges are not great right now it’s mostly t1 to t4 fighters that seem to spawn and what’s worse is they’re spawning in the base not outside which makes it impossible to concentrate on knocking out thralls because they’re destroying the inside of the base haha
Go single player, spawn obolus and keep on buying

No Blacksmith, I’m afraid. We’ve researched all camps and - unless they change it with further updates - a Blacksmith isn’t one of them (you can find all the Named Thralls we could confirm in our Head Hunting guide if of interest).

For EL, I suggest sinner’s refuge for easy farming. If you want a bit more diversity, you can go to the black hand galleon. Those are the two best locations for crafters that I’ve found, blacksmiths in particular. You can also try your luck at the den.

Cook the lone Fisherman from sepermeru.
These spawns were almost certain. In every server i played these crafters were in my house. Then specializations arrived, more crafters enter the menu of the game and especially on the Blacksmith - Armorer grind, is big issue!
Since merchants don’t sell these crafters, they want the issues to remain for immersion i guess!
Sepermeru is really good for crafters too! Too many players grind Sepermeru and have positive results!

Right… idk why I forgot to mention Sepermeru. It’s the best and easiest place for farming crafters. In fact, I just got another tempersmith tonight.

It’s both rng and poor choice of farming spots! But rng is a bi…ch. I say poor choice because blacksmiths are easier on North! It has camps North of new Asgard that if you make the round that i will send you later, blacksmiths spawn very easy, named carpenters, (maybe Yannos*) , Lian, Freya and Dina are certain*. So in this round all you have to do is kill the blacksmiths! I always place my focus there for blacksmiths and it’s always rewarding, always!
However it would be nice armorers and blacksmiths to be sold more expensive, 200 obolus but surely to be named!
But exile lands is easier for named crafters by far. Siptah is easier on tier 3 however from exile lands, way easier. Tier 3 on exile lands are almost equally difficult as the named spawns and thats for sure! I wish you the best luck @mrsaquelic, by tomorrow to have both blacksmiths for bench and tinker bench! Later on the photos!

We don’t seem to get any luck at all! All we find at the camps are level 1 to level 2 blacksmith and never any t4 the only place I managed to get even a lv3 blacksmith after 8 hours of farming was Freya’s hovel

That’s true, but I have a good method of farming Sepermeru to better get the type of spawns I want. Because most of it isn’t hostile, you can kill or take the names thralls (there’s always a minimum of two thralls that spawn as named at any given time), then kill the crafters that are guaranteed spawns of a given type, thereby increasing your chances of getting a named version.
For example, I want a blacksmith… knowing that there’s always a minimum of two named thralls, I’ll search the city for said named thralls, particularly paying attention to frequency of common, yet overlooked spawns (fisherman, female guards, and set priests). Once I kill or take at least two named thralls, I’ll kill all GUARANTEED blacksmith spawns in the city. If they don’t respawn as named, rinse and repeat. Don’t waste your time killing every thrall in the city if you’re looking for a specific type. It should be noted, you must have your follower (if you have one) set to “guard me,” or they’ll kill or knock out everyone.
Edit… I wish I could take credit for this method, but @Coyote0903 taught it to me. I was a bit more brutish and killed everything before. I got a lot of thralls, but it wasn’t always what I needed. Or I would kill the guaranteed spawns, but didn’t consider the need to get rid of the already spawned named thralls everywhere else.

Sepermeru, Temple Quarter entrance, kill the two blacksmiths at the entrance until you get the one you want. Master Kiris spawns there. He’s one of the few bladesmiths you can find outside purges.

Yeah, I got the tempersmith Anora Steelfingers last night there. We weren’t even trying since we were just running around looking for cats lol…
