Broken Lesser wheel of pain

I can build a lesser wheel of pain and place it, but after that its no good i cant interact with it or dismantle it ive tried 4 times and still nothing, is there any known fix for this?

Suggest you put this in Xbox bug reports. I am on Ps4 so don’t have any suggestions.
