I farmed 10 Anvil Keepers this afternoon, got a bunch of different armor pieces, no headdress.
Kinda wierd.
Then I went Admin Mode and spawned and killed 40 more Anvil Keepers.
STILL NO HEADDRESS!
That’s 50 Anvil Keepers in total!
Now there must be some serious problem going on!
Could somebody please confirm this? Was anybody able to loot the Headdress from the Anvil Keeper?
ps. I just found out from the screenshot that there’s no Great Axe either!!

This has been my experience as well. I’ve gotten one helm from the chest in the dragon’s room also.
The greataxe may only drop from the overseer. I’ve gotten a couple from him.
Got the dual axes once from the chest at the blade master. Not sure if chests can have all the weapons or not. Seems to be a very small chance of a weapon regardless.
