[BUG] Chatbox Not Scaled Correctly Playing at Lower Resolutions

Playing at lower resolutions results that the chatbox is overlapped by hotbar.

Steps:

  1. Play at lower resolution
  2. Enable Chatbox

1920 x 1080 Works Correctly, anything below that the chat box will overlap the hotbar
