Can't drag items to hotbar on 3840x2160 resolution - mouse drifts away

Platform : PC, using Geforce Now ultimate on 4K/60Hz

When running the game at 3840x2160 resolution, there is a strange UI scaling bug that doesn’t allow the user to drag items from the inventory to the hotbar.
When I pick an item and drag it to the wanted hotbar slot the pointer drifts away from the item and doesn’t allow the user to bring the item to the slots area.
In this case the max distance allowed to drag an item is about 2/3 of the way on the vertical axis.
This bug makes it impossible to use the hotbar and makes the whole game unplayable in 4K 3840x2160.

Debugging process :
I’ve tried changing the UI scaling from the minimal value to the max value - no affect
I’ve tried using 3840x2160 resolution either in Windowed mode/Full Screen - the bug still exists.
I’ve tried changing video resolution - problem disappears on any other resolution I’ve tried.

The new sorting system is rage inducing.i never smack my mouse on my desk but these items that dont drop or something else drops and the items not willing to move is literally the most frustrating thing i have ever experienced in the game.FKn fix it because im boiling and many already gave up trying.
