[BUG] Elevator Vertical 0 HP when placed

After placing elevator, HP of elevator is 0 (zero). Unable to repair with repair hammer.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Craft elevator
  2. Place elevator on building
  3. Use repair hammer to see HP, which is now 0.
  4. Try to repair elevator, unsuccessful.
