Bug: Flypaper foundation

Platform: Steam
Issue Type: Gameplay
Game Mode: Online Official
Server Type: PvE
Map: Exiled Lands
Server Name: 1727

Bug Description:

Sticky foundation

Bug Reproduction:

Log in wait till a thrall walks across a specific spot. Now it is rubber banding to the spot.

I love this one, it’s so predictable I set down a rug.
Garbing and moving the thrall does no good, it will walk right back to the spot.
It’s a first come first serve bug.

Will be testing further; would rather be doing it on the beta server but it’s 2 builds behind.

Hmm
This appears as if the thrall was trying to path to a placeable and thought that this is the shortest way there (most likely you have some crafting station / etc. directly above or below that spot on a different floor and it’s trying to get to that)

LoL. Saw this on yhe CEA discord. See you settled on how to title it:) Funny, what the CEA was meant for. Discussing a bug and finding a unified hashed out way to clearly best describe it.

Did you also note that it seemed to happen only in that spot? I dont recall, and well not on the discord anymore to check.

The only bench on the second floor is the tortures bench, and it’s not above that spot.

Were you lagging badly or perhaps lost connection to the server? Your stamina didn’t seem to be regen’ing.

That’s another story

Seems I’m working too much, playing too little. All these bugs that I haven’t experienced… I almost feel left out.

I can count on this bug. When I log in my thralls do this covey of quails thing; sort of like walmart clerks. And the first thrall to step on that spot is stuck.

Just foundations, only thing above it are chests.

Once the server is back up I’m going to do some testing; replace the foundation, put some ornament on the spot so they go around it

Was on last night and replaced the foundations there, replaced them with different styles, put down different rugs, put a jug there and that got flat out pernagafic :flushed: If I put a large enough ornament there they will go around and not get stuck. But this is a high traffic area for me.
