Most of the game textures are not affected by anizotropic filtering setting. No matter which quality preset set in Texture quality settings in game (even cinematic) or in .ini files like engine.ini (i mean maxanisotropy=8 or 16) it affects only few of ground textures while other ones (like objects, structures, rocks, and etc) remain blurry when you look at them by angle.
I spotted those imperfection on screeshots below. I suppose it related to the texture properties in game engine, so please, look into this issue and change it to same setting that you useing for ground one (it marked on screenshots too).
i asking about that because i love the game, but it looks bad because of not using this technology, that present in PC games since 2003. Please make CE look better.
- Step 1 - log into game
- Step 2 - look at any object with different angle
- Step 3 - 90% of game textures become blurry if you do that because they not using anizotropic filtration setting that set in texture quality settings
