ONLY in dungeons, in ALL dungeons: During the fight against humanoid opponents (animals not) my character puts the weapon away, glitches on the opponent and I can’t do anything anymore. This happens to about every second human opponent. Solution: Admin mode: ghost on/ghost off. Then, then opponent falls dead to the ground and it’s ok. This repeats on the next enemies.
But with the number of times this happens, it’s very annoying. There is always a message: 0 not found in the data table - Target: BaseplayerChar_C_O
it sounds like it’s related to the fatality system (which only works on humanoid targets and you would get it quite often, where it feels like “every second one” as you describe it)
Do you use any mods though? perhaps some were made before the fatality system was added and would need an update.
Or what kind of server is this on as you didn’t specify any of that?

I’m playing local singleplayer on the exiled lands, not on a server. And I use no mods.
This is strange. It’s just in dungeons. Not in the normal world.
You could try temporarily disabling the fatality system to see if it goes away. That would confirm whether it’s related.
It’s on the Combat page of the server settings at the bottom as shown below:
And you could also upload your log, which might help Funcom with this.
You need to find your installation folder. If you have the Steam version then simply right-click the game in steam and choose Manage → Browse local files which will open the folder.
Then you can grab the log from ConanSandbox\Saved\Logs\ConanSandbox.log and post it here (there’s an attach file button on the post editor)

That’s alright, once you browse a couple of topics on the forums, the system will automatically promote you and you’ll be able to post attachments and links.
Pretty much all you have to do is open a few topics and scroll to the bottom to “read” them 
And for future reference, this icon on the editor bar is what you can use to attach files with
But, I’m glad my suggestion helped in the meantime!

I had the exact same issue in the Jebbal Sag dungeon where fatalities quit working. You can just hit E to point and they die, but it is incredibly odd.
