do you have any problems with performing fatalities? I was able to do it perfectly earlier, but after 9-10th April game shows up some info about no char animation.
Any known fixes for that? I can still “do” the fatality, but instead of animation my char is hiding his weapon, and standing idle until enemy fall to the ground or I will trigger his fall by pressing “E” (use button) - than he will fall instantly. After that I’m granted with fatality bonus, but it looks stupid and it’s breaking my fun. Is there any fixes? Anyone has the same problem?
I’m using only level mod (140 levels), but it’s not a mod fault.
I’ve encountered the same problem (or very similar) - instead of performing the fatality my character sheathed their weapon, I couldn’t equip anything from my hotbar or interact with anything, but could still move around and punch, but just had to wait (a couple of minutes each time) until the ‘dazed’ enemy vanished on their own. Not great in the middle of a fight, since I had to survice a few minutes of combat without being able to fight back. However, I assumed it was mod related, and haven’t yet tested in a clean save.
Nothing I was pressing made any difference. However, others are reporting that they’ve also had problems with fatalities in the Midnight Grove, so there may well be a particular problem there. And the differences I’m experiencing may be mod-related as I suggested.

In order for our team to properly assess your issue, could you tell us with which weapon is this happening? Or will it happen with whichever fatality you try to perform?
It’s related to all weapons, I tried to use the same weapon class but different tiers (iron,steel, star metal), after that I tried to use different types of weapons (clubs, hammmers,axes, swords and pikes/tridents. The effect was the same, my char sheath the weapon and was unable to do anything than walking forwad and backward until the humanoid NPC I tried to do fatality on collapsed. When enemy collapsed I was able to move, aim, attack, take my weapon back in my hands etc.
I found out I was able to “force” my enemies to collapse when I was hitting my “e” button ( that was bind on my keyboard as “use” command). That way it was faster, but still there was no animation for fatality.
Funny thing - after enemy collapsed I was granted with fatality bonus as info showing up, additional health bonus etc
So it is working except the animation, and it’s occuring only in that one dungeon.
When I will have more time, I will look for other dungeons as cellar etc if the same thing occur.
