Rare spice is super rare atm.
My to-go place is New Asagarth.
In and behind the house where the chieftains can spawn are two chests that have a chance of having rare spice in them. Not every time but so far the best chance for rare spice i could find.
I’m not sure what changed exactly when, but I haven’t gotten rare spice from the pirates in a while. You used to be able to get them from most of the pirates loot. Them being this rare and ungrowable pretty much make the pirate cuisine moot.
