Describe Issue:
Today, on a PVE PC Exiled Lands nonofficial server I play on, the game - which had experienced a total loss of all respawning wildlife on Horse Island/Komodo Cove - recovered the respawning: YAY!
However, there is also now significant lag, so that when harvesting something, I hit and hit (stone, iron, tree, etc.) with no actual gains in resources. AND, even worse, the First hotbar slot has stopped working. When I enter the game, the first time I use that slot (#1) I draw my weapon - then my character immediately re-slots that sword, and the hotbar key stops working to actually draw the weapon again. Can no longer draw and use my fully repaired weapon. THEN, the game has a fatal error and kicks me.
- The other hotbar keys seem to still work.
- My settings show the proper hotbar key setting,
- Validating files does not fix this.
- Exiting then re-entering the game does not fix this.
It seems like whatever fixed the Horse Island non-spawning animals may have broken something.
What is happening and why? When will this be isolated and fixed? Without being able to properly harvest, one cannot play. AND, with a key hotbar slot no longer working, the game really cannot be played without rearranging one’s slots and reactions, and this should not happen.
