[BUG] Siptah - Healing arrows don't appear to heal any HP

Simply put on Siptah, when using Healing arrows which are expensive to cost resource and time wise they don’t seem to heal any HP. I have tried using the arrows on thralls, pets and myself. It shows the + icon on the target health bar but there is no noticable hp increase like on Exiles Lands.

Its worse than the food before the last patch. You need to fix this as most thralls have much lower HP etc compared to Relic Hunter Treasure seakers etc.

  1. Fire Healing arrows near target
  2. Healing icon appears on target for a very short duration
  3. No HP is regained.

Putting potions in thrall inventory and making them drink them does pretty much zero healing too.

This is ridiculous
