The workaround apparently still works. Load a singleplayer game, log out of the singleplayer game, then without exiting the client, log in to the server. I don’t even have a pet on my singleplayer save, but something about loading singleplayer causes the diet to display correctly afterward.

Workarounds are for the live version.

Agreed. I added the extra info so that hopefully it helps them troubleshoot.
