Bug: Thralls not blocking with shields

Game mode: Online & Singleplayer
Problem: Bug
Region: All

Per subject, thralls with shields carry them but don’t use them.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Find thrall with shield
  2. Attack thrall
  3. Thrall will pull out weapon and shield
  4. Thrall will not block with shield

  1. Thrall will not even attack back sometimes
  2. If its a dancer, they don’t know how to get back to their original position

Yeah what is going on with NPCs not shield blocking anymore? This was a design decision, wasn’t it? From a while ago, not the most recent patch. The game is not as fun, challenging or immersive with this change.
