NPC shield block remains even when lowering shield

Thralls with shield stop attack even when not holding the shield

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Find an NPC with a shield and attack it
  2. At some point he/she will raise the shield and block your attacks
  3. When lowering the shield the NPC is often blocking you.
  4. The effect stays until the NPC raises the shield again

The effect is not always, you might need to try a few times.
I had the most ‘luck’ reproducing the bug with the NPC’s in front of the pirate ship.

Just in case, are you using any mods in that server?

No mods, most of the settings are vanilla.

in my case, there are times that you attack a npc but his live doesn’t be affected. After you move over npc or npc moves, you can damage him.
