BUG - Well's Not filling Still

Wells are still not filling. They seem to work right after being built and deployed. On my server…they worked until the reboot of the server and now they are empty and broken even after other reboots. I have had a well on ceiling pieces, foundations and just in the ground and got the same result the well breaks after the first server reboot after they are placed.

This is happening in SA servers too.

There is a mod for this and the mod creator stated exactly what is wrong in the files. So the devs should know about this and I bet a fix will be forthcoming.,
