I just started a fresh start on single player and for some reason there are are no monsters … no alligators no pink birds on isle of sipath. There are thralls but not monsters when you first encounter them. Seriously what’s going on? This is pc for the record and I tried with characters of different races and restarted my pc.
Have you tried force spawning them with admin mode > ghost > walk?
