Building deletion on official Server #1018 before server merge

Bug Description:

Hi i was offline on our “official server #1018 PvE - g- portal. com” for around 14 day’s cause of the merge notification. I didn’t plan to build anything new cause it will be all gone in the near feature. But i planned to pack up all my stuff shortly before server merge. So i logged in at the 6th of march 2022 to pack up the base but all was gone. After reviewing the Server Event-log i found out that the complete base lost stability around the 4th of march 2022.

The problem, at this server we had structure of clans and people that weren’t active for month.
So why was all deleted after only 14 day’s of inactivitiy?
Furthermore inactivity that was more forced due to the incoming server-merge.

I hope you can repaire this problem so that i can take all my stuff to the new server with the incoming server merge.

You have 168 hrs of decay time plus the 24 hrs as decayed where anyone can pop your claim.

You went past that time not refreshing it, it’s not a bug.

You won’t get anything back.

If that was a thing how cann i explain the big structures from people wich weren’t online for around 2 - 3 month?
A friend of mine who is playing on this server too is saying that the decaytimer for his structures is ~160 day NOT hours. And i reapeatatly asked people on the server if there is a decay-timer and all said no. While hinting on buildings and structures of people and clans on this server wich where inactiv for more than 2-3 month.

That means it is a bug. Or serveroptions were changed in the last day’s. I don’t know that yet cause i couldn’t find any server-settings explicite saying “decay time = 168 hours” or 10080 seconds.

Sounds like someone was refreshing the other big builds, probably logging in when no one else was on.

Your friend is mistaken, it’s 168 hours, roughly 7 days
Anything longer than that is the result of people logging in just to refresh the timer.
