Building exclusion zones

Since the most recent patch, I am having difficulties getting new building pieces to snap to existing foundations in some areas.
Specifically on the plateau just southeast of the Godsight Spire (map square D-7), but not in the red dust of the Nameless City. I understand that places that are considered no build zones have been expanded in the most recent patch. Do we have a map or listing of the new no build zones?

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Go to existing foundations piece on plateau with Godsight Spire map square D-7.
  2. Attempt to attach a wall to the foundation piece, note it will not snap.
  3. Attempt to place a new foundation piece.
  4. "Building is not allowed here.

There another thread asking something simalr, that certain pieces are very hard to snap now.
Can’t seem find it in Ps4 section…may have been xbox issue as well.
