Building menu missing most of the buildable items

even if i reset my skills and relearn everything it is still there - even relog/restart does not help. I verified game files - not working. Restarting game - not working…I happens in handmade building menu as well as on benches:

You have applied a filter. Make sure all items are selected not only “weapons”.

Here is another bench, other feats… blacksmith bench before and after I learned feats. yes steel tools etc appearing but no steel reinfocements for instance…

Here is a MITRA temple. Learned all the feats… no building possible !!!

This happened AFTER i finished the dungeon of the goblinoids today. Basically I cannot play the game anymore really as I cannot craft T3 items or anything else important

Again, you have applied the “weapon” filter. Click again on it to deselect it:
