Camera shake or camera tilt for no reason

Game mode: [Online | private but unlocked server]
Problem: Misc
Region: US West Coast

There are times, even when standing still, the camera will shake for no reason. Severe, as if falling from a very high place. And it will do it multiple times in a row.
Also times after targeting a npc the camera will tilt diagonally, almost vertical. The only way to fix is to target another npc to shake it loose.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Either target a npc or just wait for random occurrence.
