And just because someone has a different opinion than you does not make them a misogynist. I’ve made it clear that I think the new animation is probably closer to what someone in that situation would look like. I’ve also made it clear that it doesn’t feel quite right either. And I’ve also made it clear that going full catwalk doesn’t match the setting. It’s got nothing to do with making female characters into men or making them look pretty.
There isn’t much, if any, change in the run or the walk. It’s mainly the jog that it becomes apparent. Particularly when holding a tool or weapon. For example, her arms are held out from the body more and don’t seem to move around as much. It looks a little odd because it looks more like what you might expect to see on someone with a lot of upper body muscle, which is why some of us are questioning if maybe the male animation accidentally got assigned to the female characters. That would have to be dialed back a smidge to fit the female frame.
EDIT: after looking at some video, something that became apparent was that the old “jog” animation while holding a tool was really more of walk. The new one is a jog. That reminded me how jarring the difference was when I was using a shield in The Dregs the other day. That’s pretty much the only place I ever use a shield, so it was easy to spot. Holding a shield up with the old animation was like a carefully guarded stride. The new one is basically just running with a shield up in front of you.

They have not only changed the way of moving, but also the face of our character, I have redone it with the Orb of Nergal all the physique, but it continues to move badly.
Naah @Vahlok, my Bella rocks no matter what! It took me some to start playing resident evil and tomb rider years ago. I couldn’t imagine “ME” playing a female character, but that was a taboo. Now my Bella on CE and Aloy on Horizon zero dawn are actually my most beloved gaming characters. Believe it or not Gerald is third. Ofcurce between Bella and Aloy, Bella wins, she is a Hyborian masterpiece. Other than that let me go a bit deeper here. You see your toon running for hours, thousands of hours… What do you prefer? To watch a male bottom or a female?
I definitely prefer to watch a female, no question about it.
One of the reasons I picked up this game in the first place was because it didn’t cave to the strange push to blur the lines between men and women and because it didn’t shy away from the other weird push for Puritanism. Between this and the sudden erasure of randomly coming across topless NPC enemies when nudity is set to partial (unless it’s a bug) has me concerned.
I am very well aware of that “push” you’re talking about, but I don’t think that’s what happened in this case. I’m pretty sure the devs genuinely just wanted to improve the animations a bit and simply missed the mark slightly on the female jog animation.
As for the topless NPCs, not sure what you’re talking about because I still come across them. Though my settings are on full, not partial. Crafting NPCs are completely covered of course, since they all got uniforms. (Wish we could change that without mods so we could have some variety.) But all the others still occasionally have their shirt off.
Nope. I spend way too much time in this game, and I do not want to spend it looking at a dude, or a female character that moves like a dude-lite.
And while we are at it, what is with the Benny Hill speed up when over encumbered?

People don’t like this, this topic gathers people more and more.
All of us paid money for them game some paid for all DLC’s (which are not cheap) can’t we deserve an answer?

So maybe I was wrong, maybe it’s not just a case of conspiracy theories but utter sexism behind your comments. 
Why not both, maybe add an option to change animations, kind of like Beyond Theatrics does when switching to male or female animation set. Add the old one back, keep the new one and maybe throw an extra one in there and let people choose. More is always better, no need for ultimatums.
What exactly do you propose they should be reacting to this and similar stuff?.. Like… seriously…
Do you want Mayra coming in here or something and being like “Oh you poor little boys and girls… bad developer man took away your animation? Don’t worry! Stop crying! We’ll get you a new one!”.

They can read the forums… if they read it they’ll see some people dislike it while others are fine with it… what’s there to react about that? They can’t even state their own opinions as freely like you can since they’re representing the company and anything they say people are going to read way too much into or hold them to “promises” they didn’t make… etc.
And this is not even one of those topics that should warrant any sort of reaction, it’s not like the Bazaar prices being insane where they do kinda have to stand in a corner and stare at the floor in ignorance cuz they know what they’ve done 
It’s an animation change… and fair enough to some people it’s important, however in the grand scheme of things and from an objective perspective it’s right up there with the “boob physics still broken on xbox” and the “cataract toilet water”… Can your character still run? yes? good! Don’t worry, if Funcom reads this feedback and on second thought they don’t quite feel like the animation turned out well either, they’ll adjust it eventually.
