I’m pretty sure I read/heard it on a dev stream, and from the limited testing I’ve done, there doesn’t seem to be any reason to think thralls get thuggery etc when they meet the stat threshold. Any direction to dev confirmation on this either way would be helpful. Thanks!
I don’t believe they do (would be interesting to hear it confirmed) which is why I always thought they get a bonus perk at level 10 15 and 20. My understanding was that these were in place of normal perks.

Yeah, they definitely don’t get poison immunity or health regen for high survival or vitality. Those are easy enough to confirm. Some of the other ones not so much.
