Having such issues sometimes after patches.
I am on ps4 but should be the same on ps5.
You need to re-download the siptah dlc. For this you can open the psn store and search for Conan. At the main screen from the game there is somewhere the button that shows you all dlcs.
Just click the download on siptah and it will download some GB and you should be fine again.
