Cannot access bought / installed DLC

[I purchased and installed Conan Exiles this morning and have been enjoying it. I decided to purchase the Debaucheries DLC because reasons and I am unable to produce any of the content via in game crafting feats as well as spawning in with the admin tool.

The DLC pack is purchased and installed but I cannot seem to access it.

Any advice would be very appreciated,

Have you clicked the start button on the game then checked manage game? This will let you know if the dlc is actually installed
