Bug Description:
When accessing the inventory of an object (corpse, chest, crafting stations, loot bag, etc) the inventory screen immediately closes. Appears like a super-fast double tap of ‘E’ Interact key. I typically have to click ‘E’ on an inventory item 3-5 times before it finally remains open correctly. This problem happens more often than not when accessing inventories, but only happens to me. 4 people on server, nobody else experiences this glitch. Note: we also played a little in co-op tethered mode and it happened there too.
Bug Reproduction:
Restarted dedicated server (g-portal host), logged out and back in, restarted steam.
i know this problem. I have this issue too and it seems it is a keyboard bug, because…
i had today a bug with the Key E and the Spacebar (no more interaction and no more jump)… To solve this problem, i have restart the server… no improvement. Exit the game “not completely” to the main-menu and start connecting to the server again. That solves the problem for me. Since the 3.0 update, sometimes i connect to the server and i can not walk longer than 4-5 steps, than the character position is on the spawn again, walk - spawn position again… exit to main-menü, reconnect to the server and the problem is solved, for me. Perhaps it solves the problem for you, too. I keep my fingers crossed for you. There are so many bugs at this time, i had not noticed before this update.
Reloading and restarting do not help. You say you feel it’s a keyboard bug, but no other ‘E’ interactions are effected for me, nor any other keys.
I have also gotten the rubberbanding to spawn position glitch you mention, and restarting does help that.
A 3rd bug I’m going to report separately if it doesn’t have a thread is that sometimes my character will get stuck in a movement (punch forever, dodge in place forever, whatever) and I have to relog for that too.
I’m sorry that the trick which works for me “DO NOT CLOSE THE GAME- just go to the main menu and reconnect” doesn’t work for you. For me, the E key and the space bar were affected today. But these are somehow “with me” only errors, which occur at the first connection.
Your third error exists with me already before the Age of Sorcery update. I play the map Isle of Siptha.
I believe this is a global issue with all current containers. I find that most attempts to access thralls, benches, chests all result in nothing happening. Sometimes it will finally open after 10-15 seconds but not always. Ping is not the cause as most players I have spoken with this issue have less than 100ms pings. Our current server admin has been monitoring all of the server logs since 3.0’s release and stated that their are currently so many errors being kicked out since the update that the server is having a hard time keeping up with all of them and it is delaying legitimate calls to the server. This is a Funcom issue absolutely and effects all current container systems.
I have had this issue for a long time in Conan Exiles i.e. before 3.0 update. For a while I thought it was my super-sensitive mechanical keyboard, but this a) doesn’t happen in other games b) sometyimes doesn’t happen for days at a time in Conan, then all of a sudden it will do it every chest for a play session.

Thank you for reporting your situation regarding the object inventories.
Situations like this may be due to mods that are being used in the server.
In order for us to test this out and in case you are using mods, I would suggest for you to delete the following file:
Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Mods\modlist.txt and manually unsubscribe from all your Conan modes. This will guarantee that mods are not loaded.
Also, make sure to verify the files of the game and restart you computer after doing so.
